Buying a property in the south of Spain

Opinion study. February 2025.

Buying a home means facing an important moment in life. If it also involves moving to the south of Spain, the experience becomes a journey. Andalusia is a magical land, with great qualities to fall in love with: climate, gastronomy, culture, way of life... Andalusia captivates you.

But this process is a challenge. A change of life. What procedures will I have to undertake and how to manage them from another country, from a distance? At trescerouno we want to understand the challenges that an expatriate faces when buying a property in Andalusia.

To do this, we have decided to ask all those people who best know this process: buyers, real estate experts, lawyers, notaries... all of them are protagonists of this experience and understand how to overcome the obstacles that may arise, in order to turn this path into an unforgettable experience.

As an expert in the process, we want to invite you to participate in this initiative. There are only four questions and they will take two minutes of your time to answer.
